Friends of the Litten Reserve    

Open day for 2015 was later than normal (27th June) so it would not clash with other nature events around the area.  The weather was fine and we had over 120 visitors.  It was a great day, the Art group joined us of the first time and Rachel ran Field School events in the story cicle.  Beryl did her nature walk which was well attended and lasted over one and half hours.  Oscar did a story in the cicle which went well and there was pond dipping.  Lest Newts this year which maybe due to the very dry weather and the work carried out of all the ponds.  Date for next year not set, but looks like it will be the last Saturday in June.
